Anarchists Won't activate

Three player PBEM game.

Message describing issue from Red below:

Turn before last I signed the pact with the anarchists. The program deducted my 4nm and has been subtracting 1nm per turn. It wrote in the log we were now allied and I could directly contol anarchist units.
Well now I can look at anarchist units (well the western ones anyway) but can't move any the last couple of turns.

Any good samaritans out there? I am the Reds getting hammered and now to add insult to injury the Anarchists deuct my morale costs but don't join the fight!
Now where's a good game techo when you need one :confused:

Where are they? I only see AI controlled Anarchists near Odessa. We will anyway need the turn before you got them in any case.

That's right as the Reds I could only see the western Anarchists near Odessa.
You may have to go back 2 turns

I works fine with me. Grigoriev's anarchists (Nova Odessa) as well as Makhno's anarchists (Huliaipole). Which scenario are you playing ?

We are playing the full campaign.
I activated the Anarchists 2 turns ago but can still only see Grigorev's force and can move none at all?

You probably started the game before the patch 1.04, because now there is no Grigoriev and Makhno forces as an AI faction.

I can propose you a solution to save your PBEM. It's to kill all the ANA IA faction units and recreate the updated event of the patch 1.04.

Open your /RUS/Events/Grand Campaign.sct file and at the end, copy/paste this lines (then resolve one turn) :
