How to download game with a code

It is disturbing that AGEOD seems to have such poor customer support. My daughter bought Revolution Under Siege for me for Christmas. I was thrilled. She sent me the code containing 24 letters and digits. I could not figure out how to use the code to download the game. Yes, I have downloaded the demo, but that has not presented me with any option to convert to the full game with the code. So I did what I thought was reasonable and sent an email to the address given in the 'contact us' page. Guess what? Absolutely no response.
So, I am asking for help. Does anyone know how to download the full version when one has a code for it?
I want the game but I don't want to pay for it TWICE. Please help.

Sry, for your inconveniance, but as an old Community member I might inform you that there was never any option given to upgrade a demo version to a full game. You need indeed the full version and there you can use the related code. SO if your daughter has bought the game via Gamersgate, she had the option to gift it to you so that you could download it directly from Gamersgate.
I hope I could be helpful...

Dear tcampbell1950,
the code your daughter sent you is the serial number which is required to activate the full version of the game. The full version, however, needs to be downloaded first and the link for this download should have been in the mail your daughter received when she bought the game, i.e., the mail which contained the serial number.
I have informed PhilThib about this matter and he will get into contact with you as soon as possible.
Best regards
dooya

OK, if your daughter cannot forward you the link, send me an email to
pthibaut@ageod.net and I'll email a download link for you.

Thank you for your help. I will send an email if my daughter cannot find the download link. I have asked her for it. As a game designer doesn't it bother you that the technical support of AGEOD does not respond to emails?

Well, the team is limited to 2 persons right now and we have work tasks well over our heads, so it's possible that some mail treatment got delayed. This is rare usually, our customers receive fast answers in most cases

Need the download site

Well, I finally got a reply from my daughter. She forwarded the email she got but when I tried to download I got a message that they couldn't locate me in the database (my daughter used her name when buying the game, it appears) and that I would need an extension because the time had expired. Your help in directing me to a download site that will accept my code would be appreciated. Sorry to hear that things have been busy there. Probably to be expected with the launch of a new game. I will practice my patience, however and try not to get so nasty. I may not be able to connect to the internet for the next few days as I will be traveling from Vientiane, Laos to Hanoi, Vietnam for an MUN conference, so no hurry now.
Cheers
