Something weird happened in Izhevsk

Tue Aug 28, 2018 8:13 am

Hi,
I was building a fairly large amy in Izhevsk (between Perm and Kazan) and was waiting for generals to Head it. It was a +/- 300 force with just one 2 stars General and was suffering a -35% penalty but the rest of the leadership was expected soon. It's winter.
At the end of the turn, as I was expecting my generals, I had the surprise to see that my army had disappeared and instead a 85 strength red force (I'm eastern white) was occuping the empty province (but not the city).

I could't find any information about what happened in the whole log and had no battle report during the turn resolution. And my unit has simply disappeared !! Gone, in totality. The Generals who were expected in Izhevsk are still in their initial location.

Any idea what happened ?

Thx

Hi, why ? do you think it's a bug ? I don't have the impression that AGEOD guys are still working on it ?
(sorry for late answer but I crashed my PC and had to restore from scratch/factory settings. Took two days to reinstall everything :-( )

Bakich's column has not disappeared, it is in inside the city besieged by the smaller red force.

To access it just click on the city flag or through the force listing (F1).

The generals you sent I do not know, perhaps they did not arrive because of the siege and the military control of adjacent regions.

Ahhhhhhhhh ! You're my hero ! :fleurs: I was clicking on the city and on the name ! Never clicked on the flag itself LOL.
I feel a bit stupid now (or even a lot :niark:  ) :-) Thanks.
I tried F1 but for some reason couldn't see the force ... maybe should get new glasses ?

Regarding the Generals, yes, might be the siege, or the tough winter ?

:hat:

There are many forces and may be confusing, you may sort by name on the top left, letter B.

Or click on the subfaction flag, in this case the third from the left, Komuch forces.

Even sort by command penalty as you know it was 35%.

Probably you are hiding it by using one of the filters on the top.
