¿Link to Final Version of Fatal Years?

Hello everyone! Due to the operating capabilities of my computer, i can't play the Gold version without problems of lag.So I have returned to the classic version and I would like to try a mod: Fatal Years
Does anyone have link the latest stable version?

The last was FY1.08 for RUS1.07, someone had made a FY1.09 fix based on 1.085beta
But links have been removed (or maybe lost by unmaintain) by the modder.
What graphic card has your computer? Your best solution should be to invest in some hardware..

Don't be pessimistic comrade! I found the mod, but I need the String file in English or learn Russian
/You have the file called "LocalStrings_RUS" ?

No longer, as I lost files from an hd crash. Or I have the same you have from the old bought RUS.
