How to modify a script???

I have tried multiple times to modify a script without exit... The goal was to enhance the railroad capacity, recruits, WSU and money as a default start bonus for a certain faction.

However the game does not recognises these changes when I start the new game... Can somebody help me??

You can't do that in the at start value without re-exporting the full scenario script.... I would rather suggest that you do it in an event that will occur on turn 1, it's much simpler and faster to tweak.

After searching for the right event half an hour and then trying to understand how to change the Pool for each resource, it finally worked!

So, thank you very much!! It finally did work! I am in debt with you.
