I can not get this game to run after hours of following the suport lines my computer meets all the requirements. i get a jerky motion and the mouse is all over the place where is this "patch" ?

The patch is on the first post of this thread. But given what you are experiencing, you might what to post in the "RUS Technical Support" thread.
