Disembark on a coastal region and river frozen

Previous turn the Eastern Front embarked in a fleet. (last november 1918)
This turn, first of december, the river is frozen. Of course, the fleet cannot move (legitimate of course) But the Eastern Front cannot disembark on a coastal region (illegal region frozen). WAD or not ?
It's seems illogic, i think that if the river become frozen, the army inside the fleet would not waiting 3 months for spring 1919...
Any opinion ? Thanks !

It is 'somehow' WAD, well this is what I expect the code would do, knowing how it tests things to avoid exploits. Now I'm not saying it is super logical, convenient or fun for you... I don't quite know what to do with your problem in fact...

Ok thank you Pocus.
In my point of vue the code should be modified in order to allow a player to disembark all units blocked in a fleet trapped in a frozen river. I don't undersand how this situation coul be transposed IRL.
Thank you again. I hope now that my army will stay supplied for the next winter 6 turns.

You have no piece of idea about the siberian steamroller. Sleep well on your gold train as long as you can...
