Out of region penalties/ Commander penalties?

Hi All,

Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to locate it in the forum.

A) How does out of region penalies apply, ie, Don Cossacks out of Don region?

B) How does 'Cossack Commander' special trait effect this or other situations? I'm assuming that 'non-cossack' commanders suffer some sort of penalty when they command cossacks, I'm not sure what though.

But if this is the case then it should say on the cossack ability tooltip which region they should stay in.

Cossack cavalry or inf dont seem to be losing max cohesion value when out of Don, near middle Volga river(Saratov and north)

2 star Cossack commanders also doesnt get Command penalty when commanding French and Greek divisions. Maybe there should be some penalty also at division level, 8 at max(4 to 8,depends on the foreign units in the division)and cohesion penalty for foreign units. That way players can have a choice to choose native or foreign leaders, which forces to use more historical leaders in thir native theatre.

Yeah I noticed my don Cossacks are doing just fine wherever they go. My ural Cossacks and other region specific forces seemed to take a penalty when I played the Siberians though.

If the penalties show graphicly... (ie lower cohesion bar), that's fine I can plan accordingly; but I have not seen any changes and was wondering if something was going on behind the scenes that I'm not aware.
