playing with SB whites, sometimes when I capture the city after the battle(enemy retreat to other region or no garison in it) , there is 1 more turn delay to gain military control and supply to flow even there is no other enemy unit in the region. It was generally not like that in prevous age games, I m not sure as it is a bug or wad. 2 examples.
I looked at the Red AI files and it shows that there is no unit in Krasnovodsk, or even nearby.
In Cherepovets there is a red detachment and still retreating(after turn processing) with passive posture after defeated. And it has 0 ZOCl. while Sibwhite has 16 ZOC. But after turn processing tooltip shows that Reds have MC control so supply need 1 more turn to move to the region.
Is it because of no loyalty value.
