I need money

I am running into a deficit (Southern, turn 13). So far the only two towns I see generating ANY money are Moscow (25) and Petrograd (3), which are of course out of my reach, and Kiev (3).

How am I supposed to survive financially? Am I supposed to disable division command to save money? Am I supposed to start a war against the Ukraine for the meagre income from Kiev?

Not that I mind these money problems as the White player, no, but juggling division command back and forth between fronts strikes me as rather tedious stuff.

You will survive if you spend very carefully.

Here are your money sources:

1) options: once a year you will get the raise money option.

2) events: there is a number of events which will give you money (for example when the Whites take Arkhangelsk they get 50 money (you remember the coup in Arkhangelsk event?). Unfortunately, unlike in RoP you don't get noticed of these effects. You might have overlooked them.

You are supposed to use requisition in the special operation tab. Unfortunatly it's bugged atm so until the next patch there is a file that Clovis posted in the mod section that gives free resources to both sides as a temporary fix.

That's why I left that one out. Besides the Southern White really doesn't control a lot of territory to begin with. If you want to requisition you would only be able to do so in very few regions (e.g. Finnland, the Caucasus and Moldavia).

By the way, that has a very strange feel to me: one is able to requisition in territories that are off limits at the start of the great campaign.

Yes, that part seems a bit buggy. On the other hand you do receive money and manpower that way so that I've not yet had a serious issue with the supposed lack of money and recruits (yes I've been in the red with money at times, once even -120ish, but I still manage to raise new units and buy replacements every few turns)...

All factions will get more money with the patch. I've posted a provisional mod in the mod section giving more money too for immediate use.

In my poor English, I will answer you I don't know, as we prefer to get things right about requisitions and revolts before releasing this patch. But we make large progress and waiting shouldn't be long. We hope so. ;)
