How do you trigger the Ottomans in Drang?

I searched through the event files but couldn't find anything. I thought it was a certain number of units/elements but where do they need to be? Just in the Caucasas or bordering Turkey?

I think the Reds need to hold all or almost all of Abkasia, South Ossetia, Georgia, Azerbadjan and Armenia.

Hmmm, according to the scenario description, Ottomans will join if reds declare war to Transcaucasia (only in this sense, not if you bring transcaucasia into the war by your decision).

I can't confirm by exeprience : red AI rarely declare war on Transcaucasia.
