Sib white forces moving from Kolyshley to Saratov by rail with offensive posture thinking of engaging Trotsky forces in Penza. During turn processing Station master in Penza stated that train can not stop here , it should move on. So the train moved on , but during turn, a skirmish happended between Almazov forces and Trosky for 2 seconds. After turn processing finished Almazov forces was near Saratov, and there was no evidence of battle in massage logs. So that means no battle possible while moving by train
even there is a battle, or not in reality 
Edit: During some turn it can happen 2 times, I thought it will be better to have successully evaded enemy forces notification in battle log without battle animation. though that force has no possibility to evade enemy
