another siege bug?

Sorry about this but we may have found a new siege resolution bug.

In this case the French get a second breach on Hannover in the Dec-2 turn and are in assault mode. So they attack and win, and destroy the fort guns, but the supply unit survives so the Prussians still own the city. If I run it forward one turn (into Jan-1) then a second assault takes the city with no problems. Apparently something similar happened at Koenigratz a turn back but I can't replicate that one. This one happens every time I've done the turn resolution (3 times just to be sure)

Which version are you using?

There was an unusual bug fixed with this latest fix
Game Engine [version 130124]

Corrects the “immortal unit” bug seen in some combats

Hi

yes we have updated to that patch as we were having problems with rump artillery element in a formation, this unfortunately is post-patch
