Austrian OOB

I intend to use this thread for notes on the Austrian OOB, as I have time to work on it.

First, a few typo errors in the Custom Name lists:

German Infantry Bns: I & II/Koenigsegg are both listed twice, in the second instance (after Deutschmeister) II/Koeniggsegg is given as "Koenigsegg II./" - if I understand correctly this will allow the engine to create two different units, one called "II./Koenigsegg" and the other as above, when there should be only one 2nd Bn, Koenigsegg Regt.

Royal Garrison Bns:Lists two I/Leopold Palffys, clearly second entry should be "II.".
