I read the manual, but I can't find how I can "impose requisitions to the local population", like the enemy does. May someone help me? There are any trick to take more money?

You can impose requisitions on areas you control by using a RCD card, they look like small playing cards.

Try to place requisitions on out of the way areas so their negative impact will be minimal on your production and supply lines.

I cannot figure out how to attach with the new forum format. On the right hand bottom select the card options and then do as straight arrow advises.
