Is there any value to creating pure artillery brigades? Or should batteries be spread around and incorporated in infantry brigades? Or should the cannon be left loose in a corps or army?

I'm also confused about this. AFAIK in RUS GOLD there is no advantage as CW'2 forming artillery only divisions. If there is spare leader in ROP it is worth a try.
