Four Player Russia entry fix

I have updated my game to a new computer. Somehow I have lost the process to fix Russian entry problem in the four player game.
If anyone can point me to the fix I would be so grateful.

Sorry, Durk. I don't know exactly the problem you're refering to... Is it the "Memel incident" (not allowed to cross Polish provinces)? I thought it was just a problem in single player, not in 4 multiplayer...

Thanks. This is the fix I was looking for.
I was in a four player game we abandoned because Russia never joined. Memel incident, yes, but in four player version.
