I thought the honors of war bug had been fixed in the QF, have you installed that?

Yes, I have installed that fix.

I have now played a PBEM game against myself (moving save game files in and out of the directory), and I see that the besieged party doesn't have the possibility to accept or reject the offer.

He gets a message that Honours of War are offered - the second turn after the HoW decision has been placed, but when opening the Decision Mode, it is not allowed to place the decision to accept or reject in the besieged region.

Yes, I have the QF released on 5/10 installed. (My loading screen shows ROP QF 1.10). Either the accept honors of war decision is not working or I missed something required to accept it.

You are correct Erik, the accept honors of war decision is not working correctly, I done as you done and played a pbem against myself, I was besieging a city as the Prussians and offered the Austrians the honors of war and processed the turn, then I loaded up the Austrian turn and tried to accept the honors of war, I can see the offer from the Prussian's but when I try accept the region stays red and wont let me accept them.. it is broken....

Thanks

Just to be sure there is no new problem, can you post your saved game?

Sure I can, I played a pbem game by myself to create the conditions... as the Prussian's I offered honors of war to a besieged Austrian garrison, but when I load the game up as the Austrians and I try to drag the accept honors of war decision to the region it stays red... is it a bug or am I missing something?

Thanks

this is with PhilThib quickfix right, with HOW lasting 2 turns? It worked when we tested that.

Yes I installed the QF and HOW lasts 2 turns giving the Austrians in my save a chance to accept, except when I try as the Austrians to drag the Accept HOW decision to the region, it stays red a wont let me do it...

Has anybody else had this problem?

or it it just me? maybe I should try a reinstall, what do you think?

I confirm this problem.

Not possible to accept or reject HOW.

sorry, I'm sick right now, so I only manage to do the most urgent tasks these days. Checking why HOW is not working again is definitively planned, but I can't tell you if a QF will be done by Friday or next week. I don't forget the issue in any case.
