Hi,
I was just reorganising my forces, at the beginning of the grand campaign. Some of my generals have decreasing command ratings, if I put them in charge of a brigade.
Is this normal?

Some other generals have this issue too.

Stats of newly appointed brigade commanders drop only for the duration of one turn. Next turn they will return to normal. It is WAD and represents some organizational chaos in new formations IMO.

Ok, nice to know . The manual doesn't say anything on that.
