why?

i have the main Fred army and associated corps in same area, the all my organization goses to hell and the units are all lumped together in one unit stack.. what in the world happened and how do I avoid this????

Probably an issue with how you moved. You likely told all your units to form in the same unit.
You will see this with double arrows when you tell a unit to move.

Attack coordination you will find in the panel. It is two wavy lines.
