This event needs some tweeking IMHO.
When Apraksin is removed he is in command of the Russian army and is meant to be replaced by Fermor. That's what it says in the pop up Berliner Zeitung. But Fermor just arrives with the stack that Apraksin was in command of, but not as an army commander.

Yup, the Russian Army command is deactivated when that event happens.

It's the same thing with the French Army command when D'Estree is sacked and is replaced by Richelieu.
