Something I'm not sure of.

In the course of the Crimean War, Perfidious Albion destroyed some of my rail lines. So Treaty of Paris has finally fired and its time to rebuild after their violent rampage.

But, if I go to build a rail I can't do so in the affected province as the message tells me that I already have that level of infrastructure.

Do destroyed rails simply repair over time or is this a new problem?

I think like American Civil War you can repair with units?

They should also auto repair over time depending of the development level of the region. But yes, units.

Yes, they will auto repair, but it will take time.

But you can command a unit to repair the rails, and if the unit does not move, it should take only one turn. But you will need military control for this to work.

The AI loves to destroy rail lines in your home country.
