hey,

i have an officers and soldiers pool off 1/92,.. in 1855,.. hasnt changed since the beginning of the game i have started witch the newest patch,..(september 2016),..

how will i be able to get more soldiers and officers into the pool,...

cause my country did have the ability for guns,../corps and division are allowed to raise,...
but i havent the needed force to do so,...

the game is very slow,... i have no contracts and no idea of how to behave in this situation ( even if my econemy is growing),..

im on th e asiatic site (japan),.. watching the things go by,...

any idea's or experiance ...

Early game Japan you are very restricted so wait till the Bushin war events fire and you'll find you can start to engage with the wider world and build up your industry and armies.

In effect you are stuck for the early period but it becomes much more interesting once you are past that stage - there are a couple of good Japan AARs on how to manage the transition that are worth a read.
