New Update, old Saved Game?

Fri Sep 09, 2016 5:12 pm

I just wonder how my old saved game, about 1856, will work (or not work) with the new update? It was taking me about 2 minutes for a turn to process before with a Dell i360 8GB and a SSD (bought in Dec 2013)(with a new good Video Card from Aug 2015). I have not really tried PON since updating to Windows 10.

I also have a saved game in 1876 and I don t think I will update from 1.04 rc. I read that the update is not save compatible. I won t update unless the turn processing time decreases in the new update

Yes, this appears to be the case. It's really played havoc with our PBEM. Not a good thing at all.

Finally I couldn t avoid and installed the update. So far so good but in the diplomacy screen both the left and right flags are the same! Is this normal?
Or is this happening only to me?

No, I have the same issue. There is also some odd code when you hover the mouse over the other side's leader details. Not a biggie for me, but a little confusing when making diplomatic deals and you think you're talking to your own side!
