I have taken a look around via searching, wondering if anyone knows some ways to increase force pool size over time. I am going to put forward that it is done in 2 ways. (1)by increasing my territory size/annexing and (2)improvements to the force pool via, Technology/scripts. Anyone have any feedback?

by anexing territory you only increase pool of officers/soldiers avaivable to build new units per turn.
pool size can increase only by some techs and by writen events only.
