What gives you more state funds?

Domestic sales versus international sales? I believe its domestic sales.

In short term I think international. On long - domestic. Because domestic sales increase contentment. Contentment increase productivity. Productivity increase number of goods to sell.
But you need to keep in mind that sales don't give you state funds directly - you need to take taxes.
