Loans

Hi all,
Just wondering if the loans mechanic was ever introduced to PoN? the old 1.02 manual says that a loan mechanic may be implemented into the game at a later point.

pretty sure not. The balancing routine is you are awarded extra cash/capital by default but take an inflation hit instead, I've never seen a loan as such be offered or have the chance to offer one

We had devised a script and formula for the multiplayer game, including some inflation according to the amount asked. But I guess it can only be used faithfully in a PBEM. Indeed a loans feature would be really neat if ever implemented.
