Critical error 1.03c

Hi,
I have problem with critical error stopped the game ... we are playing multiplayer game (4 players - 1850GC), started with 1.03, updated to 1.03a, 1.03b and finally 1.03c and now, two turn after 1.03c we cannot continue. Here are logs and saves ... help please :)

Do you use ziping of saves to help against corrupition ? And as told erlier - roling back to pre 1.03a and using 1.03c after it can help to solve many problems.

We just replaned our turns and now all works ... but I would be happy to know, what was wrong ... thanks

Yes, I never stopped playing PON ... it is great game. How it looks with your huge MP?

Here is a repost of what I added in the thread 'ctd'

For the more technically oriented, I'll tell you how to solve the problem. If this seems too complex, send me the files at [email="pocus@ageod.net"]pocus@ageod.net[/email]

Make a backup of your TRN and HST file (of the turn that is crashing).
Open the first file (with a text editor, I personally used Notepad++, a freeware)
Seek #AIA#, you'll probably find this line

#AiA#0&100942&0&500&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0|&NULL&NULL&NULL&# AiA#
0&100601&0&300&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0|&NULL&NUL L&NULL&#AiA#
0&100702&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0&0|&NULL&NULL& NULL&#AiA##Aifg#

Remove everything that I listed, i.e everything between the #AIA# tags, plus the last #AIFG# tag.

Save... do the same with the other file.

I put in red 100942 because it seems this is the typical value you'll find also...

Hi I also have a CTD issue during the turn processing. In never installed 1.03a due to the reported issues. Basically my current setup is 1.03 and then an install of 1.03c. I think there must still be the same issue present from 1.03a. I have applied the fix directly to my save files as posted by Pocus and so far fingers crossed it seems to be working.
