I notice that in the 1880 scenario all countries have a -10 SOI everywhere. Is this normal?

It should update after first turn hosting, unless I am mistaken

I noticed that the Winnipeg garrison is located and locked in Vancouver but that's minor. Glad that this DLC has finally been released.

No it doesn´t.
If looking in the include folder there is no seperate SOI file for the 1880 campaign. The 1850 campaign have one.

Yes, me too. I think this file is missing:

1880GRC_SOI.inc

We might use the original file 1850GRC_SOI.inc, and rename it as the other, but I don't know whether that would really be a good idea.

Perhaps clone before renaming. ;)

That won't work without regenerating the scenario. I'll have a look into this tomorrow morning first place and will produce a fix if need be

Can you try this quickfix?
This will add some events that will create the SOIs by force to prevent any problem that you may suffer.
Check it here:

It contains two .sct files that should be placed inside the Events folder.
..\Pride of Nations\VGN\Events

Let me know if it works please... thanks!
