Playing as Prussia. I got a message in the game message log saying possibly my operating system had locked a file. Try again later. Then I got a pop up saying something about burst file or something. Anyway, here's a save of it.

If the game tells you the file is locked or can't be accessed, chances are that the host file is 0 byte in weight (basically empty)... This may happens when Windows or the Anti-virus is preventing the game to write the host file, for various reasons.

Here in your case, you need to roll back one single turn (not half a year) so to get a good HST file, they you run the turn again.

Yeah. I remember being able to do that, now. I forgot how to do it. I went ahead and played it out from half a year back. It didn't take too long. 12 turns.
