How many countries are in this game?

Also, can somebody reply with a list of countries in PON?

I believe that there are 140 factions (countries).

Hello the different factions that you can play are listed in the game's folder called Factions within the Gamedata folder which is then inside the VGN folder of the game directory. By the look of it you might be able to play 256 factions listed.I might be wrong and stand corrected about this by other more experienced players anyway. All the factions are initially abbreviated to be able to be played. Hope this helps.

There is not any list. I made one, checking each faction tag. I couldn't find all countries, though I will post my list if some people wish it.

If I recall correctly, because of game mechanics all countries can be make playable except for the tribal ones. Which means that in theory we can have a massive multiplayer.

Can me someone tell,how I can made the California Bear Republic available with some own regions aka provinces and some colonized area to the East like Arizona or Nevada and the Oregon area and some cores on Baja California...

What should I regard then and how can I do it...??

Laruku, this is the List of the playable nations... however i described it in another thread.

After the ACW i got Utah, Texas, (Baja?) California and so on as own states with own flags and diplomatic options... extended rebels maybe?

somewhere they must be burdened in the script. they are there. cant be territories alone, California was a state when game starts

Those are about half of the countries. There are more than 200, almost all of them playable following the steps described in the mod PON-PAN.

yeap, was my thought too, 2nd ACW while DIXI is again a states culture either in my game from OSCAR/QUEBEC

Hohenlohe, here you got it, dig into the rest of the hundreds of nations, evaluate the number, wait for the 1880s campaign, hope to god nothing changed and you will lead California into the Great War... allied with Austria probably
