steam manual?

OK, I bought the game via steam, and have yet to find the manual..
The game launches but no indication of pdf?

but you should rather download the actual information

and in case of need, they work on a far better manual probably released with the upcoming patch 1.02
BTW: please register and update to patch OSCAR, if you dont want to update, some prior but still buggy patches are here in the forum...

I knew there had to be one.. I had started with the how to do X guides and dev dairies.. sorry i had to ask..
footnote, perhaps those who do not know about thee fine forums might need a manual link in the game dl..

when I went to the second link only found guides???
no steam folders on my pc found yet per firt link..
is there a manual?

thats ok, you see you are not the only one...
well, 2 things. regarding the link... its something steam should support you with
second, this here is the forum of the developers company, but they are bound to big brothers PARADOX policy regarding fighting software piracy.
they watch and write here, but tech support (including beta patches) is given at the PARADOX forum.
the link on my desktop however brings me to PARADOX immediately...

ok, paradox sight has link to another site of thegame... that sight has a broken link to a manual dl..
still looking.. but we have dtermined there is a manual..

if you dont find it via steam or in a thread, send me a private message with an email address and you get the pdf from me
sorry i was under the impression that steam delivers it to you as described at Paradox.
since a lot of things change, the guides are more important. you even have some completely new windows to work with now...

The manual is inside your game directory installation...
In my case, it is here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\pride of nations\Docs
