Added cost for building structures in non-clear terrain

Looked all over the manual but can't find it, does anyone have an overview chart or something similar?

Basically,
+5% for Agricultural Sites
+10% for Mining Sites
+20% for Industrial Sites
+25% for Railroads
+35% for Advanced Railroads
