1.i have problem wiyh annextion of this contry my faction is japan in my goal okinawa have 5 piont and i invade it and i have it h wait one year for my ws reach 250 and in peace tab claim region i click okinawa whit 250 ws but okinawa dont have reply (this message come in message box).what shall i do



2.i want attack korea but i cant i declare war to him but i can go in his state???
why

3.in china rebel army gain control of taipe but icant bring army to this island and gain it

Do oyu play with latest patch? The Okinawa issue was solved, same for Korea

Well, if you don't start with new but used a save from previous version, it will not work, as the data regarding Korea/Okinawa is built-in the initial setup
