critical error

hello every one i have problem in japan faction in year 1553 i try four or fifth but
in this year in first if turn error massage appeare and said the game save and have error and crash out what shall i do
second iwant capture okinava it country have one state and i caputre it but i cant find any message for occippied country can any one help me?
