When getting peace

After an incident at home I got a 60 Turn CB in which Russia declared war. When I offered a peace with reparations, Russia accepted this for a duration. But the war doesn't stop. Afer the 60 Turns I am still at war with Russia and again I offered the same sort of peace which again was accepted. But again I have under treaties in effect:
