Question about military units

I’m trying to get to grips with this game but have a question.
On the main map when military units are displayed, they have three coloured bars on the counter (sometimes underneath there is an arrow pointing downwards).
I think the red is related to force strength and any losses. I think the green bar seems to indicate supply status. I cannot seem to figure out what the blue bar means and can’t find this in the manual.
I’d appreciate any helpful answers and thanks in advance.

Blue bar indicate cohesion of unit.

Isn't that also what the purple bar indicates on the unit picture in the unit panel? If so then perhaps using the two different colours for the same thing is why I couldn't figure it out.

This was an error (that happen sometime) when we got these bars, and we never took time to alter them, but yes... not totally logical, we will edit them.
On the map, red is your health, green is supply, blue is cohesion. On the counter, purple is cohesion.

Didn't even notice this - guess colour blindness comes in handy some times

I am still confused what you said and the manual:
[SIZE="5"]Red bar: Number of Units or is it health
Blue bar (sometimes Purple): Cohesion
Green bar: Supply or is it manpower (see manual)[/size]

Oh I would like to do but maybe Health and Number of Units (red bar) is in similar meaning or the same!??!
For the green bar I take the Supply because it make sence for me.
