AGEOD PON serials work with Paradox registration

Tue Jun 07, 2011 10:04 pm

FWIW

you have access to the maybe restricted parts of the forum over there.

And nobody over there is yelling at you - suspecting from your missing game icon you never legally bought PON.

Regards

I never even considered it would not. I immediately registered at Paradox and it went through. Others might not have known that, though.

Anyone else notice that the game never asked for the AGEOD serial number?

The game doesn't require a serial in the way Ageod games did before...

Nope. Though often beta patches access requires a registered game. Final patches never do though.

You only need to register PON at pdox only for acces to restricted "areas" (tech support, starting net thread...etc) in pdox forums.

No restrictions here  .

Although I won't do tech support for people here, unless they are old players I know beforehand... or I could get into problems ...

Well, I think that I registered in Paradox ages ago... :neener:
I might as well register PoN there.( now, where did I put my password ? :D )

Nevertheless, it's a pity if the great old policy of releasing beta patches here in this forum is at an end... :(

What's the big deal? It's not like it's hard or you have to give any personal info.

This is just for the first patch, once it is out, we can do that again.

Although to be proud have supporting AGEOD by buying PON three times *grin* at GG,Amazon and AGEOD/PDOX France I would be happy to aknowledge how to get the dlc because I will gift my GG PON version to any good user with a GG account together with the DLC.

And I am already registered with PON at PDOX forums thus the patch story will be no problem to me...

thx to the Philippes for the good work...

Just curiosity ;)

In its day why was decided to have both fora, here and at paradox plaza? Is not the double of work, and not only for you? I guess the reason was some feeling of independence :neener:

I don't understand. I purchased the game directly from AGEOD. But I will download the patch from Paradox?

And does anyone know where I get the Spanish American War? Here?

My life has become so complicated.

If you bought the game here (Ageod) you can contact Philippe Thibaut for the Spanish-American War scenario. Shouldn't matter whether you contact him here or elsewhere for that matter, just do so privately...

We won't be able to give for free the preorder DLC for long, even from AGEOD... That would not be fair for others sites. So ask PhilThib soon or never!

The patches will be released on both forum. yes, double work. But this forum is a bit like home to many, us included.

Pocus:

Good to see that patches will be available here as well as on Paradox. And you are right. I feel much more at home on this forum; and dealing with you guys in general.
