Coaling Station upgrade error

I tried to upgrade Coaling Station to Harbor but when upgrade was finished after 6 turns this port facility still remain Coaling Station. I checked it only for Russian side. Upgrades from Anchorage to Coaling Station and from Harbor to Naval Base finished correctly.

When you mentioned it, I just recalled one "funny" bug.
You can expand depot (fort/port...etc) even if this strucure is not here (lvl1) - result is only wasted resources (and not even lvl1 stucure as it can be teoreticaly here).

yes, both bugs fixed starting with version 1.01b of the game.
