So will the American West, Mexicos revolving presidents and the creation of the great country of Canada be modeled? And if so will native tribes be involved. How about railroads? Railroads helped to billed both Canada and the US.

Hopefully I am not stepping out of line by confirming that Mexican Presidents and North American native tribes are also present in VGN. Would not want you to get the impression that from your list only railroads are in the game.
