I wonder if the rail capacity is well simulated. As Germany/Prussia you should be able to move all your troops by rail in one or two turns. But actually you can move only a mere two corps per turn (rail capacity 195)
Will there be some techs or upgrades to vastly enhance the rail capacity?

Yes, usually from 1875 onwards with new technologies, the RR can be improved to 'double railroad' which means an enhanced capacity (200%)
