Getting the Spanish-American War scenario?

Hi everyone. Can someone tell me how to contact PhilThib in order to receive the S-A scenario. I have seen his name all over both forums but haven't figured out how to send him a message. (Maybe this will do it.)

Firstly, you must have bought the game on AGEOD shop. Then, you have to send an e-mail to Philip (pthibaut @ ageod . net) with the bill number. ;)
