Some small mistakes/suggestions

First of all, I played the Demo for 15 days and now have purchsed the full game. Allthough some things still can be improved, the concept is great, at last a ww1 strategic game worth playing

-Geman land leaders: - "von" should be spelled like this instead of "Von"
- Ludendorff was no noble, thus no "von"
- Kropnprinz should be named "deutscher Kronprinz"
or "Kronprinz Wilhelm", for example Rupprecht was a
Kronprinz too (of Bavaria)
- L09 should be named "von Linsingen"
- I think there are too few leaders int the game at all,
as a matter of fact every army had a leader, maybe
you could use some leaders who don´t improve combat
results that much
- German land units: -those units not Polish, Saxon or Bavarian should be
labeled prussian, as there was no "German" army, all
member states of the Reich still had their own armies
- German navy: - "Erleuchtung fleet" is no correct term, Erleuchtung is a
rather religious term.
OOB for Geman navy August 1914:

One more thing:
Maybe the events should be categorized Entente only/Central Powers only/both sides, for example "total blockade" doesn´t make any sense for the Cental Powers.
And events against allied nations should be taken out of the draws.

Just got the full version after only playing the demo, more to come.
And if anything historical for German nations is needed, just tell me.

Next ones: -minor nation´s armies should be led by the respective kings etc.
-effects of research should be displayed in research window

Remember, names of units must be short enough to fit on the unit's counter in the interface... ;)

- Names of german corps: reserve units were Called Reservekorps (Res.K.)
mobilized units were called Ersatzkorps (Ers.K.)
garrison troups etc. were called Landwehr
the idea was to have one Reserve and one Ersatzkorps for every active one. So there would be I. Korps, I. Res. K., I. Ers. K. etc.

- Warplan options: the plan Germany executed was not really the "Schlieffen Plan" but a modified Version by Moltke.

Comparison:
Moltke Plan: I. Armee: 4 Korps, 3 Reservekorps, 3 Landwehrbrig., 1 Kav.Div.
II. Armee: 4 Korps, 2 Reservekorps, 2 Landwehrbrig., 2 Kav. Div.
III. Armee: 3 Korps, 1 Reservekorps, 1 Landwehrbrig.
IV. Armee: 3 Korps, 2 Reservekorps, 1 Landwehrbrig., 2 Kav. Div.
V. Armee: 3 Korps,2 Reservekorps, 5 Landwehrbrig, 2 Kav. Div.
VI. Armee: 4 Korps, 1 Reservekorps, 3 Ersatz Div., 1 Landwehrbrig., 3 Kav.Div.
VII. Armee: 2 Korps, 1,5 Reservekorps, 3,5 Ersatz Div., 3,5 Landwehrbrig.

Schlieffen Plan 1905: 1st Group(north of Namur): 11 Korps, 7 Reservekorps, 6 Ersatzkorps, 10 Landwehrbrig., 5 Kav. Div.
2nd Group (Namur-Mezieres): 6 Korps, 1 Reserve Div., 6 Landwehrbrig. 1 Kav. Div.
3rd Group: (Mezieres-Verdun) 8 Korps, 5 Reservekorps, 6 Landwehrbrig., 2 Kav. Div.
4th Group (Verdun-Swiss border): 3 Korps, 1 Reservekorps, 2 Ersatzkorps, 1 active Div., 1 Reserve Div., 5 Landwehrbrig., 3 Kav. Div.

it would be interesting to have the original Schlieffen Plan as one option to see how it works.

- Techs are shown to be of "pubic domain", i hope you mean public

- and if names are too long, you may use abbrev. (for example dt.Kronprinz)
Erleuchtung could be called Schlachtkreuzer, Aufklärungsgruppe or BdA

True. The modified plan by Moltke also nixed the plan for the violation of The Netherlands neutrality by marching through the Maastrich area. The gains from that move would have been outweighed by the negative consequences-unless of course, it garanteed victory in one campaign.

I had assumed that this was made part of the game Schlieffen Plan for game play reasons.

Correct, Schlieffen planned to violate Netherland´s neutrality, but expected his diplomats to keep them out of war. Could be handled by the Netherlands granting right of passage to Germany.

will it be possible to select armies via the popup or via another menu? That would make planning and finding armies easier and you don´t forget armies.

Will there be a German version someday?

Could the technical advantage on air units be shown by the unit pictures (for example Fokker E III, Halberstadt D II, Albatros, Fokker Dr. I, Fokker DVII)?

And, finally, will there be leader biografies at some point?

Well, the Erleuchtungsflotte (Eclairage) led to many laughters by German speakers in the boardgame already...I think Philippe meant Aufklaerung (Reconnaissance) but I am not sure...

It can look strange, but I will be able to perform all these small corrections only when working on the 1.06. These spelling and naming corrections require a lot of time, changing stuff here and here and here... with the max care!

This is why I had no time yet to work out this job.

I hope you will forgive me...

I wondered about that the first 10 minutes when I read the naval rules...finally, I am proven right. You might change that in the manual and in the game (later, Luca, it is not a priority :w00t: )...so it should be: Aufklaerungsflotte (with ae being an umlaut: a")
