1.05b - cannot pick warplans (entente)

Thu Dec 18, 2008 7:20 pm

Just downloaded beta 1.05b and started a new game as entent (2 player campaign). I unpaused, let the AI run, it picked Moltke Plan.

I could not pick any warplans. The button to take me to the warplan screen was greyed out. The only thing I could do was click the 'go to next turn' button (where the AI picked the warplans for me).

Anyone else see this?

Did you click into one of your provinces? Much like in Europa Universalis you have to click the province belonging to a country in order to have access to its options.

You see the selected country on the top left, represented by its national flags.

At the start of the game Germany, Austria-Hungary and France/Russia can pick warplans and options.

Hmm, good point. That may be it. If I recall I was looking at Britain at the time. Will go and try again.

UK starts out neutral and goes into the war without plan. Make of that what you will. :innocent:

Quite.

And you were right. That was the reason I couldn't pick a plan. :o

Aye.
