Technological research investment bar problem

The french and russian technological research investments bar (England's works better) are not working fine, inaccurate movement of the slider and the mouse. A lot of lag when trying to move it to right or left. The mouse goes crazy and the bar behaves erratically.
I haven't checked if this issue happens with Germany, Austria-Hungary and other countries. England's bar works better but that's all i know.
Patch 1.0.4e installed. A great improvement from vainilla WWI. Better stability, no CTD, a lot of fun!

PD: BTW, when i was doing a setup battle the sounds were shutdown suddenly, as if i had desactivated them from the game menu. Very odd!!!. I had to reset my computer in order to get the sounds work again.
