Where is the full manual?

Am I missing something....the version of the manual I have only goes up to page 66....I'm trying to discover how to break the blockade on my 1918 German Forces....is there more manual to come?

Please remember the current version of the manual is still a draft. We have just finished the corrections, but I have yet to work out the Events section.

For what concerns your request, you cannot break the Blockade, sorry.
But you can lessen its effects: grab some agricultural support from the Scandinavian countries and develop the Ersatz technology!
