Some observations - Potemkine

I have noticed the Russian navy on Baltic sea has battleship "Potemkine". Is it the same ship that rebelled in 1905? If so, please consider renaming it to "Saint Panteleimon" for it was the new name given to the vessel in 1905 to erase the memory of the uprising. And actually i didn't find any information about its service in Baltic sea. Originally that vessel belonged to Russian Black sea fleet.
