"Shaken" result with unit not reduced?

Thu Dec 11, 2008 9:57 pm

I got this surprising result in a run through of the Tannenberg scenario today using 105a. A Russian cavalry corps got a "shaken" result (note the little lock on the unit) without also being reduced/flipped? In the LGG boardgame, and based on my understanding of the rules for computer LGG, a unit only takes a morale check if it suffers:

1. An "M" or "2" result on the CRT

2. A "1" result on the CRT, while at reduced strength

So in this case how did the Russian unit end up both Shaken and at full strength? I've noted similar results before in other battles as well. See attached.

Right. I will investigate on this as soon I will start working on the Combat Logs. ;)
