New Suggestions

-A newspaper headline when a nation joins a side? (essential)

-Different markers for rail control? Maybe a small one for each area? I find it hard to work out with present markers.

-The rule for rail conversion requiring a whole corps seems a bit much. This work would have been carried out by support units anyway. Maybe just have auto conversion after a turn or two or more?

-The various buttons on the screen can be hard to tell if on or off. Example rail move. Maybe a solid light or cross to say it’s on or off?

-Text size needs to be adjusted to make readable certain events.

If my memory is good enough, in the boardgame, just one independant unit could make a rail convertion just spending mouvement points...
And to add in these problem of rail convertion, a corps standing in the hex the current turn cant convert railroads  ... It must move to take effect. Is it possible to change this fact?

- add a new filter that shows where the sources of supply are, the relays and showing you in a color what regions are in supply and the ones without.

- add a button in the army/corps panel that shows the ZOC (Zone Of Control)

- please bring back the classic E, R, Y, T army and navy forces browsing from previous AGEOD games.

- increase the timer on the event news papers to allow for more time thinking and if possible include a tool tip that shows the different effects a choice would have before validating.

Already present...
Use the Tab key in Military map mode, the first sub-mode is the Supply view.

Would it be possible to add two additional buttons at the top row where the other buttons for production, ammunitions, etc are located?

If so, here are my suggestions:

1 ) Why not add a Refit button where the player is presented with all the damaged units that are in need of refit to get back to full force? This window could be sorted by forces of different nationalities, veteran status (active, mobilized, veteran, etc) and unit type? That way the player could see right away which of the best units need refitting asap.

2 ) Why not add a country button where the idea is basically to see at a glance all the nations under your control and that have joined a particular alliance? By clicking on the flags you would be transported immediately to the 1st Army HQ of that nation? The player then can browse through the remaining HQs via the enter button. At least this way you could see nicely presented who is at war with who and get transported to their respective armies immediately.

Oh and I almost forgot.

Once you have sorted out the message log being hidden by the bottom interface, would it be possible to have message filters similar to that of WiA2, AACW or NC?

That way the player can immediately check upon occurences that he may have missed during the action. Basically a filter where you can sort by event messages, reinforcement messages, political, diplomacy, etc.?

I also like the idea of Sean using a quick newspaper flash to basically present the major events happening, such as Declarations of War, Peace Negotiations / Surrenders, the new discovery of a Technology, etc.
