Naval combat modifiers

Wed Mar 30, 2011 9:28 am

Hi,

This is the contents of the NavalCombatResultsTableModifier.csv

NavalCombatResultsTableModifiers.csv
Code;Modifier;Used;For Column;For Die;Description
FAS;-1;1;1;0;Faster target
SLO;1;1;1;0;Slower target
TRP;-2;1;1;0;Attacked by torpedoes
SUP;-1;1;1;0;Firing with 2+ ship counters
TAC;1;1;0;1;For 'Tactical Advantage' or 'Aggressive Advantage'
EVT;1;1;0;1;For 'TR_NavalCombatModifier' (works like a multiplier), both in attack and defense
INF;-1;1;0;1;In case of inferior size
LRS;-1;1;0;1;Long range shot
NGH;-2;1;0;1;During night
AGR;1;1;0;1;For 'Aggressive Advantage'
SDS;-1;1;0;1;For second shot

What does works like a multiplier actually mean ?

Also Germany has the following turn rule 195;TR_NavalCombatModifier;1;100;TP_Military;GER;1 so is it getting a +1 in attack and defense in Naval combat ?

Thanks.

The EVT param is the multiplier to the bonus introduced by TR_NavalCombatModifier.

Example #1:
- TR_NavalCombatModifier provides the +1
- EVT is set to 1
- +1 x 1 = +1

Example #2:
- TR_NavalCombatModifier provides the +1
- EVT is set to 2
- +1 x 2 = +2

Example #3:
- TR_NavalCombatModifier provides the +1
- EVT is set to 0
- +1 x 0 = +0
